While the hotel had its charm, the AC was noisy, disrupting sleep at night, which made it hard to fully enjoy my stay.

First off, the service was impeccable. The concierge went above and beyond, setting up reservations for us when we couldn't reach a restaurant.

Had a fantastic time with my friends at this hotel! We explored the beautiful Recoleta Cemetery and enjoyed vibrant San Telmo. Breakfast was superb, and the staff were super friendly. Remember, the hotel is connected to the Sheraton for access to the pool and spa.

One downside was that some parts of the room, like the bathroom and bed, needed refurbishment.
